Not much is more important that the health of your garden soil. This workshop will give you the information you need to enrich your soil so that every year's harvest is better than the last. We'll cover topics such as which cover crops will work for you, how much compost you will need, crop rotation, when to test your soil, what amendments are safe in an organic garden, when to plant your cover crops, and which cover crops should precede certain vegetable crops. This is a lot of information to cover! Plan to have specific questions so we can maximize the time we have for our discussion.
