Saturday Breakfast
We serve breakfast every Saturday from the first Saturday in May through the second Saturday in October. Breakfast is served 8:30 to 11:30 am rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, breakfast is served inside.
November through April breakfast is served inside the first Saturday of every month from 8:30 to 11:30am.

Made from scratch with organic ingredients
We use real ingredients. Almost all of our ingredients are certified organic. We make our own pancakes, waffles, and English muffins from scratch with unbleached, unbromated certified organic flour from Small Valley Milling in Halifax, Pennsylvania. In addition, we make our own ricotta cheese and hand zest/juice certified organic lemons for our popular blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes.
We serve certified organic maple syrup from Brookfield Maple Products in Westfield, Pennsylvania. We make our own jam and toppings with organic fruit and organic sugar.
